Students in Grade 6 GoLEAD classes took turns washing each others' hands with water poured from buckets in order to get a glimpse of what it might be like to try to keep clean hands in a village in a developing nation that does not have access to a well with clean running water. To check the effectiveness of their hand-washing they used glo-gel kits, a hygiene training system used by hospitals. The Grade 6 GoLEAD class is focussing on access to clean water and will be raising money to help build a well in a village in South Sudan.
